Petaluma's 2016 Spring Antique Faire  will be Sunday, April 24th!

Located in Historic Downtown Petaluma, Western Ave, A St. Parking lot, and 4th & Kentucky Streets, from B Street to Washington Street.

Antique and collectable lovers throughout the Bay Area are welcome to come, browse and shop the 30th Annual Petaluma Spring Antique Faire on Sunday April 24, 2016, 8 am to 4 pm set in one delightful and relaxing setting in downtown Petaluma. Admission is free.

"The Bay Area's Premier Antique Center", Historic Downtown Petaluma will transform into an antique marketplace. Amid the beautiful historic buildings, one of a kind stores, an incredible array of restaurants and cafes, guests can find an incomparable selection of affordable antiques from over 180 dealers. The show has a nice variety of estate jewelry, linens, furniture, art, kitchenware, vintage décor, books and all kinds of unusual collectables to suit everyone's budget.

This show attracts over 8,000 discerning collectors as well as first time buyers wishing to collect and invest in real antiques. Don't forget to partake in the Mason's incredible breakfast in beautiful dining room of the Masons building during the morning of the show for just $8, a rare and special treat!

The Petaluma Spring Antique Faire

Sunday April 24, 2016 from 8am to 4pm

Please read through the following Rules and Regulations before filling out the form below to apply to be a vendor at the event. Make sure you complete this form AND also scroll to the bottom of the page and pay for your space.

Booth size on Fourth and Kentucky Streets is approximately 18' by 12' at $150 per space. Booth size in the A Street parking lot is approximately 10' by 20' at $150 per space. There are 12 over sized booths available in the A Street lot at 15' by 20' as well. Booth size on Western Ave. is approximately 18' by 10' at $150 per space. There is a maximum of two booths per dealer. Please call for more information. Please write space preferences in the form space provided below. We cannot guarantee you will get your space preference, but we try to accommodate everyone's preferences. Click here to download the event maps for an idea of the layout.

Setup is from 5am to 7:30am. Entrance to the sellers' area prior to 5am will be dependent on clearance from the Petaluma Police. All vehicles must be out of the sales area by 7am. Free parking for sellers is available nearby. No merchandise of boxes may be placed on sidewalks or against buildings. Please keep all merchandise in your assigned area only.

Electricity is not available and no generators are allowed.

Tables and chairs must be furnished by the sellers. Placing merchandise on the ground in lieu of tables or display cabinets is unacceptable.

A valid sales tax resale number form the California State Board of Equalization is required and a copy of your certificate must be included with this application. UNLESS, you are a return vendor and your license number hasn't changed. Absolutely no exceptions will be allowed. If you don't have one, you can get one by visiting or calling 800-400-7115. It is your responsibility to report and forward all sales tax collected to the state. Anyone with whom you share a booth must also provide this information.

License fees for city, county or state are the responsibility of the seller.

Merchandise is restricted to quality antiques and collectibles. No crafts or new items are permitted. Any vendor selling new items will be asked to remove those items from their space. If the vendor is unable to comply, they will be asked to leave the event. The sale of firearms, explosives, tobacco, or alcohol is absolutely forbidden. Only licensed food vendors will be allowed to sell food and drinks.

Reservations must be made by March 8, 2016. After March 8, 2016 spaces will be sold on a "first come, first serve" basis. Unclaimed booths, if any, will be resold at 7am on April 24. Subleasing is not permitted.

Confirmation and space number notifications will be sent out no later than March 23, 2016. Included will be setup instructions, a detailed map, and further information. If we cannot accommodate you, we will notify you immediately and your money will be refunded.

Cancellations must be recieved by March 15, 2016 or all monies deposited will be forfeited. The faire will be held rain or shine, no refunds will be given.

Liability of the Petaluma Downtown Association, it's directors, employees, volunteers, the Downtown Petaluma Antique Faire Committee and Promoter, the City of Petaluma and the County of Sonoma shall be waived and released from any theft, injury or damage to merchandise, themselves or their helpers.

Breakdown of booth space will not be permitted until 4pm, nor will vehicles be readmitted to the sales area without a "loading pass". No exceptions. Please do not drive the wrong way on one-way streets. Please clean up your space and cooperate with the Faire supervisors who are directing traffic.

Smoking is prohibited in vendor booths, within the event, and within 20' of any business entrance.
